1. Acceptance of Terms

generate fake or artificially inflated activity, including using bots, automated tools, or any other means to manipulate views, enquiries, engagement, rankings, or other metrics;
scrape, harvest, or collect listings, user data, or other content by automated means without our prior written permission;
create multiple or fake accounts, impersonate any person or business, or buy, sell, or transfer accounts;
distribute malware, or interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to evade the Service or its security and anti-abuse systems;
use the Service for any other unauthorised or harmful purpose.
3. Content
User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you post or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Adsngin a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
We may review, moderate, remove, or refuse any User Content (including listings) that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
Third-Party Content: The Service may include content from third parties, including advertisements and sponsored content. We are not responsible for third-party content or any damages resulting from your use of it.
4. Platform Integrity and Enforcement
To protect our users and the integrity of the marketplace, we may use automated and manual systems to detect and prevent prohibited activity. We may remove or refuse any content or listing, and we may limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account, where we reasonably believe these Terms or our Community Guidelines have been breached, or to protect the Service or its users.
For security reasons, we do not disclose the specific signals or methods we use to detect abuse, as doing so would help bad actors evade them. If your content or account is affected, you may ask us to review the decision by contacting us.
5. Use of AI-Assisted Search Feature
By using the AI-assisted search feature, you agree to our handling of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
